You know, of course, all that chocolate and champagne will
undoubtedly kill all of you. Such decadence! I remember when
I lived in Gordon County which by the way, is almost totally
Republican. I remeber one time calling the GBI there from my
home and instinctively, as I was talking to the YL answering the
phone, I said, “I’m not a Republican”. She said, “We’ll forgive you”.
Hmmmm. Before I left Gordon County and moved here to
Chattooga County, I called her there at the Gordon County GBI
and had an extended conversation with her. She has a New Jersey
accent. Hmmm. You, in your histrionic way, quote too often and
infer in no uncertain terms, ongoing working relationships with
certain “preferred” law enforcement people. My guess is that
you are all fantical inhabited Republicans from the lower region
bent on taking over Chattooga County by hook or crook.
You want to pick on ordinary Democrats that fortunately, are
not like yourselves and have no super powers.
I have had people tell me in the same breath, “Oh, you were
in thew Navy!” and “Oh, you cuss like a sailor!” Of course they
were Republicans such as yourselves.
Other than that, I am squeaky clean and should investigate
all of you, collectively! Hear from the DuPonts lately?
Being an ex-float-a-boat squid, I know about Naval (orange)
officers. See if McCain gets elected. Remeber what you vermin
did to John Kerry? The swift boat lies?
I would not want to be like you, Republican.

Dear Dick,

What an appropriate name for someone so full of their own assumptions. I AM NOT A REPUBLICAN. I used to be, but I used to be Democrat in my twenties, and voted for Jimmy Carter in my first election. I was an outspoken supporter of Tim Burkhalter when he ran for Sheriff a few years ago here in Floyd County and last year, wrote scathing Letters to the Editor of the RNT about some Republican candidates’ tactics. Then I baked Brie in fillo dough, and took to the Democratic gathering the night of the elections. (Of course, I also took some to the Republicans that evening, but the Dems were much more embracing that night).

So, what weed are you smoking? You obviously have not read anything I have written, at least not very carefully. Have you read Barak Obama’s book. I have, cover to cover. I am not supporting him, because he has not flushed out specifics yet, but I love his enthusiasm. I hate politcal machines, whether Republican or Democratic, because I hate corruption, and the Clintons, in my opinion, were bred in a bed of corruption.

Of course, I am the type of Christian who is not threatened by the writings of Christopher Hitchins or Richard Dawkins. An open mind which is free to explore, is one best suited to make clear, logical decisions.

I keep an open mind, and study and research the candidates, not the party line swill. I will not allow someone to tell me what to think, and I do not have to goosestep to anyone’s march, because I can think and weigh options and choose for myself. But you sir, by your diatribe based on assumption and no fact, make me wonder if you are not just another politcal hack, sent to intimidate free thinkers. But what I have wtitnessed in Chattoga County is a direct assault on two Republicans, one of whom discoverd the dozens of Absentee ballots meter-stamped at the same private postage meter, belonging to an attorney who happens to be associated with both BLC and the Democratic Party up there, which stole the election from a republican and threw it to a Democrat.

So BLC goes after that gentleman, Ken Busbin, and goes after Betty Brady who IS a Republican and pushed hard for the investigation, and he goes after me, the one media outlet which keeps harping on the election fraud. It doesn’t take a math whiz to add 2 + 2 and arrive at 4. No, I am NOT a Republican, but I can smell rotten to the core fraud when I encounter it, and apparently, the GBI can as well.

As for all of the chocolate and champagne, lighten up. Enjoying life will enhance it and prolong it much more than the most vegan of regimes.

Finally, I have some friends at the GBI, who would take great offense at you calling them Republicans. I know GBI and FBI who are Republicans, and I know GBI & FBI who are Democrats. Same for local Law Enforcement. You sound like the same sort of person who lumps all Southerners in one size fits all, and all Blacks in one Size fits all, and all Whites in One size fits all… you get my point.

You are stereotyping, which is the hallmark of ignorance and intolerance.

Mark one UP for TW. I’ve considered whether or not this is politicaly motivated. But the answer staring me in the face is this is a criminal investigation. Voter Fraud is criminal behavior. Corruption is criminal behavior. I considered myself a Democrat until about 10 years ago. That’s when the light clicked on and I realized both parties are the same with differences showing themselves during elections and after the elections, they’re just mirror images of each other. So now I vote independent of party.

Death by CHOCOLATE? Yes, I could go that way, with a smile on my face!

Dear Room4;

Here, here. I can think of worse ways to slough off this mortal coil.

I am a big believer that there are few disagreements which cannot be neutralized with gifts of chocolate. (Good wine would be next, and a back rub is always acceptable, but only by the right persons). But one can never go wrong bearing chocolate.
