The Kremlin Had Pravda, Bobby Lee Cook Has the Summerville News

On Thursday morning, August 14, 2008, I began getting phone calls from Summerville Residents about an article Jason Espy had written, attempting to refute what I had printed about I conversation I had with Karen Handle on Saturday, August 9, 2008. (See Article Below).
Let me remind readers of a few things:
1. Last fall, I reported on my website about both a conversation I had with Rick Malone and about an e-mail forwarded to me from Rick Malone, regarding the fact that he was preparing the election fraud case for presentation to the Grand Jury.
In the e-mail, dated 11/27/07 at 1:12:22 PM, Rick Malone wrote:
“The election Division of the Secretary of States office referred this case to us about 45 days ago. WE have reviewed the file and are preparing the case for the grand jury at this time.
Rick Malone”
Now, Rick Malone is the Executive Director of the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Council of Georgia, and Joe Burford works FOR Rick Malone. This case was assigned to the PAC of Georgia, by Shawn LaGrua, the woman Secretary of State Karen Handel appointed as Inspector General of the SOS’ Office, for the specific intent of investigating Election Fraud.
But in the January deposition which Bobby Lee Cook illegally forced me to participate in, regarding the case I knew nothing about, (Galloway v Jones), in his attempt to discredit me, Bobby Lee Cook used an e-mail between the Summerville News’s Jason Espy, and Joe Burford, whom I did not speak with, and who works for and under the man I had both talked to and received an e-mail from.
Now, Jason Espy provided Bobby Lee Cook with that e-mail he attempted to discredit me with, thereby participating in and conspiring with Bobby Lee Cook’s illegal attempt to threaten and intimidate a member of the FREE Press, thus engaging in a direct violation of the First Amendment/Bill of Rights, prohibiting the “Abridging of the Press”.
But the problem, which is how Bobby Lee Cook and the Summerville News follow Pravda propaganda rules, is that Jason Espy never talked to or e-mailed Rick Malone, the BOSS I had both a telephone interview with, and had received an e-mail from, bot of which I referenced in my articles.
Not wanting the REAL TRUTH, The WHOLE Truth and NOTHING BUT the TRUTH, Jason Espy went a step below the main source I quoted, and e-mailed Joe Burford about what I talked to Rick Malone about. So, of course, Joe Burford told Espy I had never talked to him, and denied what Rick Malone had actually said in an interview, and confirmed in an e-mail.
But that is how propaganda works best. When there is an official source, (Just not the right source) and a little bit of the truth, but not the whole truth upon which an accurate picture can be drawn. It is the genius behind Propaganda. It is the most despicable evil, a partial truth, which is intentionally submitted in order to deceive.
I made their “Mistake” clear in the deposition, but apparently, Jason Espy and Bobby Lee Cook are up to their old tricks. The Summerville News quoted Karen Handel’s Press contact, Matt Carothers, whom I have spoken to about another issue, unrelated issue, and two GBI agents, Scott and Bankhead, whom I have never spoken to, and have never claimed I have spoken to.
TRUE, Investigative Journalism has a long standing and proud history of working sources and getting information and piecing together cases which less diligent news reporters are unwilling to do. It is hard work, it is emotional work, and it is critical work to a FREE PRESS. AND, in most cases, the identities of the sources must be protected, especially when they are working a criminal case.
I have said before, and I will say again, as it has been confirmed numerous times to me from various law enforcement branches. There is a large Public Corruption case, covering a multitude of criminal activity, (after all, we are talking about organized crime), and the activity includes election fraud, illegal drugs, insurance fraud, murder, conspiracy, intimidation, extortion, multiple civil rights violations, including the abridgement of free speech and free press, and this is only the tip of the iceberg, according to my sources.
The Summerville News did not speak with the FBI, or IRS-CID or with the Assistant United States Attorneys handling this case. And most importantly, Jason Espy did not speak to Karen Handel. Just like he never spoke directly to Rick Malone, whom I quoted last fall, and never received the e-mail from Rick Malone, which I did, last fall, but based his version of the truth on his contact with a lower level official to get his quotes from, instead.
It does not surprise me that Jason Espy and the SN, in conspiracy with Bobby Lee Cook, are at their truth twisting-propaganda tricks again.
It does not surprise me that the SOS’s office does not trust Espy, the SN, and is well aware of their propaganda machine, such that they will not confirm the truth of what Karen Handel spoke to me about on Saturday. Why Bother? It’s the Summerville News, and the truth of my story will be revealed very shortly anyway.
So, it does not surprise me that this morning, instead of performing LEGITIMATE Investigative journalism, Jason Espy and the Summerville News is scrambling to contain the truth, and engage in “Damage Control” by printing half truths and distortions of a kernel of truth.
The Summerville News is the Pravda of Northwest Georgia.

“How lovely on the mountains are the feet of them, who bring good news”.
I attended the annual gathering of the Floyd County Republican Part at the Tillman Hanger yesterday, not as a member of the FCRP anymore, but as a news gatherer.
It was a lively turnout, well organized and smooth running, under the leadership of FCRP Chair Martha Bryant. Her leadership in recent years, since a handful of us turned Floyd County from a Blue County to a Red County back in 1998, has added much to the organization, and allowed it to flourish.
I left the organization a number of years ago, in part because those in leadership positions are not allowed to support candidates from outside the party, and that sort of all or nothing partisan mentality and close-mindedness is just not my cup of tea. I would never want to be forced to campaign for or support Steve Hulsey’s race for Floyd County Sheriff, just because he is running as a Republican, nor against incumbent Sheriff Tim Burkhalter, just because he is a Democrat.
But all in all, it seemed that what I saw yesterday still filled me with pride, as a Conservative Independent, for the leadership which Floyd County and Georgia have chosen.
First of all, let me say congratulations to Cookie Wozniak for being the first delegate from Floyd County to the Republican National Convention, in over fifty years.
Now, let me share what I observed and learned.
Freshman State Representative Katie Dempsey -
Let me say that after a taking a tough and very public stance about State Representative Katie Dempsey’ first campaign two years ago, I have watched her carefully and I must say that State Rep Dempsey has proven her mettle by taking her lumps in stride, hitting the ground running, and staying ahead of the learning curve, which can overtake and consume even the best intentioned newbie. In her freshman year, Dempsey is making strides it generally take a new representative two or three rounds to master.
Dempsey was a key component in helping to get major funds committed to Coosa Valley Technical Business College for the School of Avionics, beating out many other schools in the system, all over the state. This is a huge plus for Northwest Georgia, and I do not think most folks grasp the reality of this amazing venture which will bring us economic growth and prestige across the nation.
Dempsey has kept open dialogue with Speaker of the House Glen Richardson, (who is NOT my favorite state GOP leader), but Dempsey has learned how to pick and choose the issues she will cheerlead for, and is becoming quite the confident, and might one almost say, independent leader?
If there were an award for Freshman Legislator of the Year, I would not be surprised to see Katie Dempsey’s name submitted for consideration.
This is good for Floyd County, specifically, and Northwest Georgia in general.
Secretary of State Karen Handel -
Probably no one in recent state political history has taken more heat her first charge out of the starting gate, than Republican Secretary of State Karen Handel. And, as I have learned from many of you out there, who are former pilots and WWII, Korea, Viet Nam, the Gulf War and now the current war:
“If you’re drawing flack, you Must Be Over the Target”.
Handel, too, hit the ground running, sending an investigator out to Chattooga County the FIRST DAY AFTER her inauguration, in 2007, and has continued her commitment to free and fair elections by initiating election fraud investigations all over the state.
Recently, the liberal leaning Atlanta Journal Constitution has raked her over the coals for ENFORCING election law, and as is their SOP, neglected to tell the Whole Story. But RomeNewsByWatson.com has run Handel’s response for the last two weeks, and we will keep it up for another week, (see “Whine & Opine”), so that folks can get a flavor for this brave woman.
I had a chance to speak with SOS Handel yesterday at the gathering, and she was almost as excited as I and others around these parts, (including my 60,000 plus unique readers per day in NWGA, Northeast Alabama, and Southern Tennessee), have been about the impending unsealing of FEDERAL indictments. She was tentative at first, but confirmed that her office’s investigation had yielded much in the way of indictments in Chattooga County, and admitted that she was aware that it all played into a much larger Federal RICO Conspiracy.
Soon and Very Soon are the Watchwords for the unsealing of a major operation’s indictments.
But Handel was insistent that she could not have done it without her Inspector General, Shawn LaGrua.
I had spoken to LaGrua a number of times over the last nine months, as I attempted to find out what was going on both with the election fraud investigation, and with the Carlton Vines, (Chattooga County State Court Judge), DUI investigation. LaGrua was always closed mouthed, but referred me to folks like Joe Burford or Rick Malone for the official spin.
Some of you have even complained about LaGrua, but I have learned that often, when some spin is coming down the pipe, that it is for the express purpose of PROTECTING the Integrity of a Major Investigation.
Handel told me that when she began to prepare to take over the Secretary of State’s office, she met with LaGrua about the election fraud in Chattooga County and elsewhere. LaGrua was very frank with Handel, and told her that she could not conduct a serious investigation with the Democratically appointed Bureaucrats who did not want to admit there was a problem. LaGrua demanded that the SOS allow her to hire REAL detectives, with law enforcement backgrounds, to do what was needed, and Karen Handel gave LaGrua what she needed.
The result? These two women will be famous in coming months, for breaking the yoke of bondage from a corrupt partisan political machine, entrenched in the very most back-woods counties in our state. But what’s more is, their investigation fed into what was already a well organized Federal Organized Crime Strike Force, which had been crossing i’s and dotting’ t’s for several years already. The election fraud investigation begun in Chattooga County the day after Karen Handel’s inauguration, has catapulted the fed’s case into impending national prominence, as we all know and expect the likes of Bobby Lee Cook and his cronies to be indicted.
Karen Handel and Shawn LaGrua will be inducted into the unofficial little organization my husband named, after folks kept approaching him telling him that his wife had one set a huge “balls”. My husband started telling them “He-_-_ no, what she does takes OVARIES”. LOL
Soon after Betty Brady, (Republican Candidate State House District 11), came on the scene, about the time Assistant United States Prosecutor Kim Dammers was bringing home the bacon in hundreds of convictions of Mexican Mafia drug dealers here in Northwest Georgia, and after Polk County’s new Assistant Chief of Police, Kiki Adams, had helped uncover and clean out corruption on the PCPD, my husband dubbed the four of us, “The Ovary Brigade”.
I have added three new members this week, Mrs. Tidmore, Secretary of State Karen Handel and SOS Inspector General Shawn LaGrua.
Lt. Governor Casey Cagle:
I have liked Casey Cagle since I first met him at the Tillman Hanger about three years ago. Clear eyed, comfortable, approachable, Cagle had a presence of unaffectedness. Two years after winning the second highest position in our state government, he still is a clear spoken, issues assessing approachable man - wholly unaffected by his position or power.
Yesterday, Cagle spoke to the crowd about four issues which he feels need to be addressed immediately.
He often wonders, out loud, if there is not some backroom deal with the Southern Company and the State of Georgia, so that the Tax Payers of Georgia, through state facilities, become the biggest consumers of electrical power, and therefore a primary defacto bankroll for the Southern Company’s Georgia Power, in this state).

Tell me who was behind my TM story? The SN or the folks you talked to? TM being Tracey Maddux? He is a public official, so you can speak about him.
I got calls and e-mails not all day long, but until past 3:00pm or so. Folks who called or e-mailed me for the most part KNEW there was more to the SN story than met the eye. After I posted the article setting a few things straight, I am sure the rest of the folks who read the site understood, as well.
One thing I did not think about when I wrote the story this morning, is, that I find it hard to imagine that the GBI would confide anything in Jason Espy, who was crucifying the GBI and the SOS’s office a few weeks ago. The federal, state and local agents I know are fair, but they remember unfair press criticism for along time, especially if it is based on the party line and propaganda for a politician or a criminal, which are frequently one in the same.
Yeah, the GBI is the SN’s best buddies, now. They’re going to trust him, and tell him straight up. LOL

Bill the term riskey is used by jailers and deputies for prisoners used by jail staff to do work. Sounds like this is a jailor that was present to know such details of what was taken from you. Since items are kept right in the booking area and someone like that would have time to sit and mess with inmates personal property. Just wondering where was the jail administrator and LT during your time at the jail Bill.
Just wondering about the jail administrator and what his qulifications are. Is he state certified?
I hate waiting for the chips to fall but I know the process takes time as it should.

Thanks undercover for the understanding of “riskey”. Does the name JR Lively ring a bell ?? He was the individual whom I was made to hand over all of my personal belongings. Believe it or not, this gentlemen actually was nice to me and treated me with respect. Upon getting out, I left $100 bill for an inmate with Mr. Lively. Mr. Lively was to put it in the account of Larry Fife…he was an African-American gentlemen whom I felt could use a little help. To this day I wonder if Mr. Fife ever learned of my good deed. If need be, I could identify the riskey in a lineup in about a second. Immediately when Bobby Lee Cook gave authorization to Kellet to release me from jail, after 5 days,…I took incredible notes inclusive of all the names of the individuals who were in on my illegal kidnapping, arrest, incarceration, extortion, etc. These names have all been provided to the FBI through my attorneys. It will be very interesting to see which ones go down with the ship and which ones “flip” for a better deal.

I’m thinking it’s probably another one of your local “assisted suicides”. Any large men missing lately ??? According to a press release, the creature:
• Stands 7-feet-7-inches tall.
• Weighs more than 500 pounds.
• Looks part human and part ape-like.
• Is male.
• Has reddish hair and blackish-gray eyes.
• Has two arms and two legs, and five fingers on each hand and five toes on each foot.
• Has flat feet that are similar to human feet.
• Has a footprint that is 16.75 inches long and 5.75 inches wide at the heel.
• Has hands that are 11.75 inches long from the palm to the tip of the middle finger and are 6.25 inches wide.
• Walks upright. (Several of them apparently were seen on the day the body was found.)
• Has teeth that are more human-like than ape-like.
• Has been undergoing DNA testing.

Ralph Kellett was the Service Manager for Carl Black, a new car sales lot which does not exists anymore, so perhaps, but one of those principals formed a used car/truck lot called “Trucktown”. So perhaps Ralph can go there and work after John Everett’s inauguration.
BTW, one of Ralph’s first cousins is Larry Kellett, whom readers of mine say was the Chief Deputy at the jail back during your misadventure. Larry is now a bondsman, and the feds are aware of his exclusive arrangement in Chattooga County at the jail now. Many of my readers say that Wreckless Wanda is really Larry Kellett.
Another BTW, is among the many, many rumors that Bobby Lee Cook’s boys have tried to float since John Everett was top dog in the run off, and then beat Ralph Kellett 2:1 in the runoff, is that Everett will be appointing Larry Kellett in his new administration.
I talked to John, who categorically denied that Larry Kellett will have a part in his administration. Whoever is spreading that rumor, passing it off as having spoken to John Everett, and hearing it from John Everett first hand, is a LIAR, and MUST BE PART of the Cartel. Ya’ll can chalk that rumor up with the same stuff about BLC’s having been funding John’s campaign, (I know better and know what has really been going on), and the rumors that BLC had contributed to and paid off John Everett’s retirement fund with the State of Georgia, so that he could be vested.
This sort of stuff CANNOT even be done by the state official, much less by an outsider…it is legally and administratively impossible to do.
So, a word to the Bobby Lee Cook crowd, if you want to plant rumors about John Everett to cause probelms before his inauguration, at least be logical and reasonable about it. Make up stuff that cannot be refuted immediately by the man himself, because you know that the rumors will get back to me, and I will contact Everett, and ya’ll will just look more and more ridiculous and desperate as the weeks and months go by.

Ralph Kellett was the Service Manager for Carl Black, a Ford Dealership which does not exists anymore, but one of those principals formed a used car/truck lot called “Trucktown”. So perhaps Ralph can go there and work after John Everett’s inauguration. Maybe he can take his cousin WW.
BTW, one of Ralph’s first cousins is Larry Kellett, whom readers of mine say was the Chief Deputy at the jail back during Bill’s misadventure. Larry is now a bondsman, and the feds are aware of his exclusive arrangement in Chattooga County at the jail now. Many of my readers say that Wreckless Wanda is really Larry Kellett.
Another BTW, is among the many, many rumors that Bobby Lee Cook’s boys have tried to float since John Everett was top dog in the run off, and then beat Ralph Kellett 2:1 in the runoff, is that Everett will be appointing Larry Kellett in his new administration.
I talked to John, who categorically denied that Larry Kellett will have a part in his administration. Whoever is spreading that rumor, passing it off as having spoken to John Everett, and hearing it from John Everett first hand, is a LIAR, and MUST BE PART of the Cartel. Ya’ll can chalk that rumor up with the same stuff about BLC’s having been funding John’s campaign, (I know better and know what has really been going on), and the rumors that BLC had contributed to and paid off John Everett’s retirement fund with the State of Georgia, so that he could be vested.
This sort of stuff CANNOT even be done by the state official, much less by an outsider…it is legally and administratively impossible to do.
So, a word to the Bobby Lee Cook crowd, if you want to plant rumors about John Everett to cause probelms before his inauguration, at least be logical and reasonable about it. Make up stuff that cannot be refuted immediately by the man himself, because you know that the rumors will get back to me, and I will contact Everett, and ya’ll will just look more and more ridiculous and desperate as the weeks and months go by.

1. Betty Brady - No, I cannot be sure that Betty has NEVER posted here, as most of my posters do not use their real name as part of their user name or e-mail. I know that indictments were handed down in the Federal case this past spring, in the 2006 Election Fraud investigation/case. And just like in the Mexican Mafia case which took five years and just wrapped up with a 100% conviction rate, they will keep working the witnesses and finding new ones even after the indictments have been handed down, unsealed, and folks arrested.
The feds in the MM case had to keep going back, in superseding indictments and adding to those, as more and more witnesses felt safe to come forward and talk, with the most dangerous criminals locked up.
This is good to know that they are working this federal case the same way. I am loving it.
Now, when you say he is testifying for the State, do you mean at Federal Grand Jury in Atlanta, or in Chattooga County, up there?
Surely it is the Federal Grand Jury, because if the locals are trying to intervene in what is already a Federal case, with pending indictments, that would be very interesting to figure out what Buzz Franklin’s goal is, especially with Michael Mack on the Chattooga County Grand Jury.

That is gorgeous. I was invited to attend a Jeff Mullis fund raiser, and to meet Governor Perdue last fall, right after I had started the DM previews. It was the weekend of the Ga-Fla. game, and my son was coming home to watch the game. There are no classes on Friday that weekend at UGA, so he drove home on Thursday, and after I started the first few loads of laundry, we hopped in the van, met a friend from down here in Rome, and drove up to Canyon Ridge.
But a cold front had blown through that day, and because it had been hot in Athens at lunch, my son brought no warm clothes, and insisted, as we started out for Walker County, that he was fine in his T-shirt, jeans and sandles. It was so cold by the time we got on top of the mountain, that we had to buy a jacket for him at the pro-shop, and we stood in front of the huge roaring fire at the Canyon Ridge Community center there, or whatever it is called. But it was some of the most gorgeous scenery I have ever seen in Georgia/NC - and I spent my summers as a child between Granddaddy’s house on the beach at Fernandina, and his cabin on top of a ridge up in Highlands, North Carolina.
You will love it, but plan on it being about 10 degrees cooler there (or more), than where ever you start out!

Taylors Ridge is a Mountainous area in Chattooga County. Lots of people have gotten lost while hunting and hiking there. There have been a few dead bodies found on Taylors Ridge also. Did you get the second e-mail? We were so excited about the History being made last night, with our 41 year old American Swimmer taking Silver last night, the 38 year old Marathon winner, and then Phelp’s #8, that I just lost track.
I was on my feet screaming a good deal of last night, as I have been a good deal of this last week. In fact, I am pretty sure that the balance and motions I mimicked in my den on Thursday night, guided Luiken and Johnson to the Gold and Silver, just as I have no doubt that yelling and hitting the sofa over and over that night earlier this week, helped the Americans defeat the French in that 400 meter relay. I am sure of it. LOL
I have enjoyed these Olympics more than any in the last twenty years or so. I think because I am finally relaxed and joyful about what I know is fixing to happen, to know Justice is bearing down on this corner of Georgia, and to know I have had a small part in it.
We just need to pray for the safety of our LE in these next few weeks and couple of months, and for the Prosection Teams, and even for the witnesses who are so crucial to the process.

Bobby Lee Cook got an extension until December 1st to continue discovery, but anyone who even works in a law office, forget actually practices real law, knows that an extension is worthless, since we have a Motion to Dismiss pending.
Under Georgia Law, that stays ALL DISCOVERY.

Of course, both Rex Abernathy and Jon Dennis were present at the hearing Tuesday, and while Jon Dennis is not in BLC’s office, he signed on the law suit against me, by the Hammitt’s, and is an attorney of record. That made Bobby Lee Cook look so pathetic. It should have nullified his claim, but, he was rambling and ranting, and we decided we would not tell the whole story unless the SN did, and Judge Hill obviously felt sorry for him.
It was so funny. Despite the fact that BLC says he is a one man operation, and despite the fact that both Rex and Jon were there, (both of whom have been debriefed as I understand it, by the feds), Ben Ballenger was able to produce a record of new cases both Abernathy and Dennis have taken on in the last few months, while they have been neglecting their clients, the Hammitt’s. So both are practicing law behind Bobby Lee Cook’s back. (Could a certain Walker County attorney be behind this?).
I can only assume, and this is only my opinion, that this is because all of them- Rex Abernathy, Jon Dennis, Brenda and Ed Hammitt, (unless Jon and Rex sold out Ed and Brenda Hammitt), and Stephanie Dennis, have been cooperating with the feds against Bobby Lee Cook and Kristina Cook Connelly, and Albert Plamour, and Ralph Kellett and Larry Kellett and Arch Farrar, and all of those folks up there.
So, Judge Hill granted his Motion to Continue the Discovery phase until December 1st, BUT, because there is a Motion to Dismiss, filed by my attorney, L. Vincent Anderson, anything Judge Hill gave, out of great courtesy to Bobby Lee and his forged and fraudulent claims, is in effect, a wash. Any legal secretary will know that. In Georgia, as in most states, a Motion to Dismiss stays ALL DISCOVERY.
It’s sort of like telling a drunk they can drive the car, but hiding the keys and the car so that the drunk cannot actually drive.
It was so pathetic to see Judge Hill have to resort to that kind of smoke and mirrors, but Bobby Lee was like a clown in court, and out of immense respect for the old, senile man, Judge Hill gave with one hand, but held back with the other. We did not even make our Motion to have Judge Hill recuse himself, since his son, Larry Hill, has been posting on this website, but will in the future.
But I do not think that Bobby got it, and Redneck obviously didn’t get it.

No, I did not discover that LH is JR, although, I do believe that he is connected to Larry Hill, as is Redneck and TKS. Redneck responded to me with information about a case of Hill’s I had gone to observe one day in May. When I got home, Redneck had already posted with information which should have been privileged.
Since Redneck always posts form the same I.P. address as the Shadow, and usually, they post in tandem, I know that Redneck are definitely linked, and in some way to Larry Hill. Also, a couple of weeks ago, Redneck posted something, very Vulgar, and I “Unapproved” it so that readers could not see, and then Larry Hill, posting form his own e-mail address at his own law firm, under his own name, posted, and wanted to know why I had removed his last post.
It was a sort of “Gotcha” moment.
Now, Larry Hill was adopted by Ralph Hill, but I am not sure how long ago, or what the circumstances were.

The investigation in to last week’s cave incident is hush-hush. No more word, except that the State Parks Department was NEVER notified as law requires. They were oblivious until a local resident called the State entity which controls State Parks.
But all of this concerns me about the Bright case. Since that murder, a Chattooga County Grand Jury has been convened, BEFORE this one. I know because during my January deposition, Bobby Lee Cook threatened to take me before the Grand Jury that was impaneled that day, for not revealing sources.
Why would that Grand Jury not have considered evidence?
You know, ANY Grand Jury member can bring up subjects they want investigated, and the Grand Jury must consider it, and the DA or Solicitor MUST cooperate.

In answer to your last post, Paul Ware is an engineer down here in Rome, Georgia…A Tech man, and pretty bright, DESPITE his Yellow Jacket affiliations. After graduating from Tech, he became a Navy Pilot, and after the Navy, flew for Pan Am, from where he retired.
But Ware is one of those ever-active minds, always inventing and tinkering, and developing. His wife is one of my quiet heroes.
He does research for me from time to time, and as such, has a valid press pass. He also owns land up there in Chattooga County, has many friends in Chattooga, including his brother, who is a prominent dentist up in Summerville. So, Mr. Ware has been watching this crew and the circus that is called the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit, for decades.
I always appreciate his insight and his input.

I commend you for putting the Ware editorial in your publication for people to peruse. It’s clear that BLC owns each and every Judge in Northwest, GA…therefore they have no problem consistently giving in to his lame attempts to distort the truth. Cook thinks that he is too big for his britches. This tide will change, mark my words, when the FEDS lower the boom on BLC and his racketeering influenced corupt organization. But every avenue that I thought we had to support us, GBI, FBI, Floyd County Police, Judges, Attorneys, no one could help. I’m confused and concerned about the election fraud case going before the Chattooga County grand jury in a couple of weeks. Who are the charges going to be against? Election officials? Local attorneys? Is the state sending a special prosecutor to present to the grand jury or will it be the local LMJC prosecutors? There are Federal Indictments which have already been issued, and which remain sealed at this time, as yet more and more corruption is uncovered. The Feds in the Election Fraud case, agreed with the feds in another major part of the Conspiracy, to hold off unsealing their indictments until all of the cases can be unsealed at once, or, until the 180 Day Federal Requirement to unseal an indictment is about to expire.
The Chattooga County Grand Jury looking into this is a farce. I would imagine there might be a possibility that in order t protect the integrity of the Federal Case, and/or the witness who have testified at the FGJ, that the feds may go ahead and unseal and execute warrants prior to anyone having to testify at the Chattooga County Grand Jury - UNLESS - those called to the Chattooga County Grand Jury are of no consequence to the Federal Case.
If this is merely a show put on by Bobby Lee Cook and the Cartel, to allow the Summerville News to report that the Michael Mack Foreperson-ed Grand Jury did not find in cause to indict anyone, then no witness of any significance will have been summoned.

Rome Thinker mentions Floyd County specifically. I know that I went to FBI, GBI and local authorities many times, but they were not able to help IMMEDIATELY. I didn’t realize they were working on a long term help.
But I did not take an offer from the Good Old Boys, not back then, not recently. I have had a number of those come to me recently with stories and willing to sign affidavits, of being “Offered” deals by their attorneys, some of whom you would recognize, and one of whom was my ex’s attorney, to pay a significant retainer, which would be split between the atty and the judge, and in each case, the judge was Salmon. There were actually three different attorneys involved in the various cases brought to me, but always the same judge.
In a couple of cases, the issues were criminal, not civil and the promise was that the money would be split between the atty, the judge and the DA.
It is beginning to sound like a pattern, from unrelated sources, at wholly unrelated times. One of the attorneys’ is also someone who has tried to come against me, but on behalf of another client, when I was making public corruption known here locally, a few years ago. This attorney is so corrupt that he has to keep a shot gun behind his desk. He has been protected by someone who was seen on her knees in front of him as he zipped up his pants one day, years ago.
The third attorney is someone I would never have guessed was involved, and is related to several other prominent folks.
So, I am guessing that this individual perhaps had Salmon as a judge, and who knows whom for his attorney…or perhaps he is an attorney.
But this person needs to go to the authorities. He/she knows to whom they can go speak to. They can make it right. They may have already made it right. There may not even be consequences, if they will go first.
Everyone can make mistakes, and everyone can make bad decisions, and everyone can make it right, but EVERYONE must face the music eventually. Redemption, forgiveness, peace and self respect cannot come until confession is made.

Hey Evan, I was reading the comments in Connecting the Dots and noticed a Shadow comment I hadn’t paid that much attention to before. He states that this is the only place he finds many of these stories. I thought it funny at the time. Now I think it is a ringing endorsement for TWs’ investigative reporting. This is the only site to get the Big Picture, I have found. Now TW will get to say, You heard it first here. I am so happy I was directed here by a friend in Summerville. I remember writing down the IP address and then I forgot about it for a few days. Since I started reading here I have been hooked. Evan, That Grand Jury Story is such a shock. No Bill is what the 1180 website is reporting an unknown caller is threatening a juror to vote, but not giving which case the woman is to vote No Bill on. Just wondering if the caller is using sexually explicit name calling? How many other jurors are being threatened, I wonder? Not much longer and the DEMONS will be exposed.

I am out of the area, and will be back next week, HOWEVER, I contacted some folks who say that the female juror being threatened is one of Michael Mack’s buddies, who was pushing for the voter fraud witnesses to be called.
I think that we may find out in days and weeks to come that there were no threats, or that the Text messages were a set up.

New to the site. Quoting the article in the SN, it wasn’t a direct threat to the juror, but to a resident of the same house. To the effect of ” You better no bill it b–,”. Seems that someone else likes to use that term.

The paper reported that no one would know when a case was coming to the grand jury. That is a joke, everybody knows. The police and all the staff at the s.o. and yes all the local attorneys know. And if you can read the s.n. you would know. Once someone is arrested on felony charges they get brought up the next term of the grand jury.

No one is supposed to know who has been called, except that a witness to the GJ is allowed to say THAT he/she has been called, but not what they have been called for.
However, one poster here a few weeks ago told us all that her brother-in-law had been called to testify about the 2006 Election Fraud case.

Now I may be wrong but don’t they post the names of everyone called to the grand jury in the local paper? And if not it is still not hard to find out, the court house has more leaks than the titanic. Has not been that long ago (15yrs) that Robbie M. of the gbi was looking into a case where the files were being sold back to defendants to dispose of. No one was ever arrested on that one, it just went away.
It is easy to look at how bad the justice system has been taken off course in our small community. But not all of it was bad and not all in it are bad. But through this site and the light it has shown on the wrong path we now have the responcibilty to correct it. (sorry for all the misspelled words)
Does anyone believe anything the SN prints? I don’t. I’m not quite as naive as I once was.
The names for the Grand Jury are printed in the SN.
Don’t remember for sure but they use too. But I’m old and my memory was the second thing to go, can’t remember the first.

It’s amazing to go back and read some of these old posts. I believe Jason Espy’s article in the paper insinuating that GBI was hasseliing old folks about their absentee ballots said something to the effect “Where’s the beef?” I think Jason may have ate EBF’s hamburger already - he cerainly found the beef!

When I saw it, I recognized the sound of the post, and ran a check on the I.P Address. Sure enough. He tried to post under this name before, using the same I.P. address as the others, but he is not getting through.
He tried to post some horrible, childish thing about Kenneth Busbin. It was along the lines of his fourth grade humor, as usual. But the world will soon be seeing his work in public. Soon.
