Harold Storey’s Rome
One of my readers sent this video to me over the holidays, and I see in it all the beauty and hope I experienced when I first came to Rome. He was assisted by Gerald McFry, a great guy himself, with whom I worked nights, years ago, at RomanNet.
After all of the corruption I know about, have researched and exposed, it is so good to be reminded about WHY I fight so hard for this charming little town in Northwest Georgia.
This is the Rome, Georgia I fell in love with 16 years ago
Please take a look at the video, which takes a little over 8 minutes.
And, thank you, Harold Storey and Gerald McFry! This is a great op-ed!
Thank you, and Happy New Year.

The clip was quite moving and beautifully presented.
It’s good to be able to be proud of one’s hometown. Mr. Storey obviously took great pride in his presentation. He has a wonderful
heart — that’s obvious.
Dear Suzie,
They are good people. They were my neighbors, (way down the street), back when I first moved to Rome.
