Dear Readers:
Below is GBI Director Vernon Keenan’s letter to the Judicial Qualifications Commission, inits entirety. Beginning this weekend, we will also run the individual witness statements of several of the law enforcement officers whom she verbally attacked and accused during the week of February 18-February 25, 2009.
I am curious as to whether or not the United States Department of Justice sent similar letters to the JQC.
In addition to a copy of the letter and the various witness statements, the GBI also included a DVD of the taped conversation between Judge Kris Cook Connelly-Graham, and GBI Special Agent Del Thomasson and his supervisor, Assistant Special Agent in Charge. (ASAC) Terry Pelfrey.
When I heard her voice, I KNEW WITH A CERTAINTY That this was the voice that threatened to kill me on Saturday night, February 21, 2009.
But I must admit that I was mistaken about the original dates.I had no idea when I filed my report on Monday morning February 23, 2009, that these law enforcement agents had already begun to endure this vulgar shrew’s vapid assaults.I was only told about the assaults during the next week.
Now, Director Vernon Keenan’s letter to the JQC.
Dear Commission Members:
Please accept this document as a formal complaint regarding Judge Kristina Cook Connelly.She has impugned the integrity of a Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI)agent by questioning his veracity in open court and in her chambers, as well as by calling into him into her chambers to demean him and subject him to profane language.She has also engaged in similar conduct towards other law enforcement officers in her circuit.As the Director of the GBI, I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention.
Background:
In 2005, the Georgia Bureau of Investigation, the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Lookout Mountain Drug Task Force began an investigation [Redacted Name].The investigation focused on [Redacted Name].Chattooga County is one of the counties contained in the Lookout Mountain Judicial Circuit.
In May 2008, a Confidential Informant, [CI], was interviewed as part of the [Redacted Name] investigation regarding information provided by other defendants and witnesses regarding possible drug activities [Redacted Name].Drug Enforcement Administration [DEA] Special Agent Frank Ledford, Lookout Mountain DTF Agents [Task Force Agents] Mike Howard and David Gilliland were present during the CI’s interview.GBI Special Agent Del Thomasson was present at the beginning of the interview;however, he left the interview prior to any questions regarding any possible drug activities by [Redacted Name].
On August 8, 2008, [Redacted Name] met with Task Force Agent Mike Howard. [Redacted Name] told Agent Howard that Judge Connelly was upset with Agent Howard and others because of the CI interview and the questions regarding possible drug activities by [Redacted Name].Agent Howard attempted to minimize these concerns without compromising the federal investigation. He explained to [Redacted Name] that if the interview took place, then agents were bound to follow any and all leads resulting form that interview.
It is important to understand that Judge Connelly is not the target of a DEA investigation.Judge Connelly has not been interviewed regarding potential drug activity, nor is there any informationas of the date if this letter that implicates her in any potential drug activity. It is apparent, however, that Judge Connelly does not believe this as evidenced by her actions.
February 19, 2009:
On Feb 18 and 19, 2009, Task Force agents Howard and Gilleland attended the trial of STATE v Billy Ray Watkin, Docket No. 08-CR-17792.Judge Connelly presided over the two day trial.Agent Gilleland was the agent who assisted the prosecutor and remained in the court room for the entire trial.After Agent Howard finished testifying,Judge Connelly told him he was not excused, and he remained in the courtroom the rest of the day until court was adjourned.
On February 19, 2009 after she charged the jury, Judge Connelly directed Agent Howard to approach the bench. In the courtroom she berated Agent Howard for not arresting one of the witnesses to the trial,a tipster named [Redacted Name].According to Agent Howard, “Judge Connelly stated in a loud and confrontational manner,“Why didn’t you arrest [Redacted Name]?Isn’t it your job to arrest people who admit to smoking meth”?She also accused him of having a relationship with [Redacted Name] and asked if she was to pretty to arrest.
Once court was adjourned for the day, Judge Connelly ordered Agent Howard to meet her in chambers.She told him that she understood he had been involved in questioning a CI about her.Agent Howard explained that he had not conducted any interviews, but simply transported the CI at the request of DEA Agent Ledford.He also told her that he and Agent Gilleland were asked to sit in during the CI interview, because GBI Agent Thomasson had to leave.Judge Connelly became “visibly more upset” and told Agent Howard to get Agent Gilleland.Specifically, she ordered, “Well go out and get that sorry son of a bitch and get him too”.
When Agent Gilleland arrived in Judge Connelly’s Chambers, he remained standing.Judge Connelly ordered, “Sit your sorry ass down”.She asked the agents about the CI interview and began using “more vulgar and profane language”, and admonished them for participating in the interview. She said that she was deeply disappointed that she could not trust the “local law enforcement officers in her own county”.When Gilleland tried to explained that they did not actively participate in the interview, she became “enraged” and called them “scum, son[s]ofa bitch and lower than the scum that the agents brought before the court”.She also told them that she would never believe anything that they had to say.Finally she told them that she never wanted to see them again, and yelled, “Now get out!”.The agents then left her chambers.
February 23, 2009
On Monday, Feb 23, 2009, Judge Connelly requested a meeting in her Chattooga County Chambers with Lookout Mountain DTF Commander, Larry Black and Walker County Sheriff Steve Wilson, who also serves as the Chairman of the Lookout Mountain Task Force Control Board. Chattooga County Sheriff John Everett was also present.Judge Connelly was “ very irate and cursing continually during the entire conversation” using the words “fuck and God damn” because the agents had transported the CI to Catoosa County for the interview.
Judge Connelly stated that the agents had brought up her name regarding drug use. She advised the group that the agents should have notified Sheriff Wilson and Commander Black who should have then notified her.
She said that Agents Howard and Gilleland were “liars and as sorry as the people they arrest”. Commander Black told her that the agents were honest, had taken and oath of office as police officers and took their oath very seriously.He further explained that both agents have a lot of respect for her.
Judge Connelly then began ranting about some lady on the internet [Teresa] that was telling lies about her. Judge Connelly then stated that a lot of people get killed and that she might start killing some herself. She said that people had been saying that she had killed her “God damn husband”.
Sheriff Wilson asked her what she wanted done.Judge Connelly replied that the agents should be fired for not reporting the CI interview to their superiors, since her name was brought up in the interview.Judge Connelly abruptly ended the meeting and said she had to go pick up a car.
Commander Black called DEA agent Ben Scott and GBI Agent Thomasson and made them aware of Judge Connelly’s bizarre behavior.He warned them about meeting in chambers with Judge Connelly.
February 25, 2009:
On February 25, 2009, GBI Agent Del Thomasson was present in Judge Connelly’s courtroom to testifying in a motion hearing in the case of State vs. William Milam, Docket No. 08CR-17843.Agent Thomasson has worked for the GBI for over 21 years.He is an outstanding agent who has received the highest possible rating, [“Exceeds Expectations”] on his performance evaluations for the past five years.In my opinion, he is a superior, professional GBI Agent in every aspect of his work.
When he was about to take the oath prior to testifying, Judge Connelly asked him, “Do you know what it means to take the oath, Agent Thomasson?”. He responded in the affirmative.Judge Connelly then stated, “I’m relieved”.
When he finished his testimony and was stepping down from the witness stand, Judge Connelly blurted out in a loud, angry voice, “Thomasson, in my office!”Agent Thomasson went to get his supervisor Assistant Special Agent in Charge, [ASAC] Terry Pelfrey to go with him into chambers. She then spoke louder and said , “Thomasson, I said in my office”.There were still several people in the court room.
Agent Thomasson activated an audio recording device.The decision to utilize the audio recording device was made by his supervisor after learning about the previous encounters when law enforcement officers were ordered to Judge Connelly’s chambers.Consequently, there is a recording of the meeting in Judge Connelly’s chambers.
As evidenced by the recording and consistent with the other reports of other conversations in her chambers, Judge Connelly used profanity.She impugned Agent Thomasson’s integrity by calling him a liar. Specifically she said:
“I want you to know that I know what you have done,and I know what you are doing,and you are a fucking,lying son of a bitch… “No I am telling him he’s a liar and he’s sorry”…
Additionally she accused him of leaking confidential information and abusing his badge.She said:
“He has leaked confidential information. He has abused his badge”.
“He’s no better than the crooks he deals with”.
Judge Connelly implicitly threatened Agent Thomasson, although denied this when questioned by ASAC Pelfrey.
Judge Connelly:“He knows what he’s done. He knows what he’s doing and he knows that he is playing a very dangerous game”.
ASAC Pelfrey:“Are you threatening this agent ma’am”?
Judge Connelly:Threatening Him?
ASAC Pelfrey:“Yes ma’am”.
Judge Connelly:“No,I’m telling him he’s a liar and he’s sorry”.
ASAC Pelfrey:“About what”?
Judge Connelly:“I didn’t threaten him.You can get out now.Get out of my office!Get out of my office!Del don’t you ever speak to me again on the street.Don’t’ you ever speak to me or any member of my family. Now get out of here! Get Out of here”!
The recording gives information about her tone of voice, but it does not indicate her demeanor.According to Agent Thomasson, she was pointing her finger at his face when initially speaking to him before he excused himself out of the room.She also waved her hand and index finger towards the door when she told Agent Thomasson and ASAC Pelfrey to get out of her house.
Conclusion:
Cannon 3 of the JQC states that “Judges shall perform the duties of their office impartially and diligently”.Just a brief review of the adjudicative responsibilities underlying Cannon 3 reveals that Judge Connelly’s treatment of Agent Thomasson and other law enforcement officers violates the code of conduct.
First and foremost, it is significant that every one of these actions occurred while she was acting in her official capacity.By virtue of her office, she orders LEO”s to her chambers to berate, belittle and curse them.Using words like “scum” and telling professional law enforcement officers that they are not better than those they arrest is utterly demeaning and inappropriate.Not only has she behaved this way in her chambers but she has impugned Agent Thomasson’s integrity in open court by questioning whether he knew what the oath meant.
I have been in law enforcement for over 37 years.During that time, I have had numerous interactions with judges and I have the utmost respect for the important work that judge do.Never in my years of law enforcement have I felt the need to make a complaint to the Judicial Qualifications Commission.Judge Connelly’s conduct, however,must be addressed.I respectfully request that the Judicial Qualifications Commission open a formal investigation regarding Judge Kristina Cook Connelly.

I’d like to go on record as saying I totally support our local, state, and federal agents who relentlessly and diligently fight corruption and illegal
drugs. These guys and (sometimes) girls go the distance and they have my support. For anyone to treat them like they’ve been treated in
Chattooga’s court room and judge’s chambers is totally unacceptable.
I hope our good guys will use every power available to them to put a stop, once and for all, to this insanity which plagues our court system and county. Am I the only one who is embarrassed for the country to know how corrupt our county is? Hiding the problem is not the answer.
So let’s all support our upper level law enforcement and stop this crap once and for all. To all the truly good guys out there, I salute you…..

I know…I upset the Princess so much that she could not take it anymore. Several things occurred to me.
1) She had been engaged for quite some time by February of this year, and yet she was still so unhappy and angry, and would refer to her late husband as “My GD Husband”.
NOTHING makes her happy, not even “True Love”, a huge diamond ring and an engagement to a cardiologist.
2) While the Clan keeps insisting that I accused her of killing her hiusband, I HAVE NEVER accused her of that. I simply posted excerpts from the GBI File, which pretty much told the whole story. I did not need to say she killed her husband.IN fact, my money is on several others in the Clan.
Look at who was there BEFORE 911 coud dispatch Sheriff’s Deputies: BLC, Rex, Jon Dennis, LaDonne Lively and Michael Mack, who was supposedly deployed within days with his Reserve Unit. As SNL’s Church Lady would say, “Conve-e-e-e-e-e-enient”.
3) After listening to the DVD and after reading the Letter from GBI Director Vernon Keenan, and then several of the LE’s Witness Statements, I keep thinking about poor Branch, knowing he was going to have to spend the rest of his life with that woman. It is my opinion that he was murdered, as the evidence is too overwhelming. But can you imagine having to try to live with KCC-G and try to please her? Having to live with that mouth?
Having to live with her complete inability accept REALITY and Responsibility for ANY of her own behavior? ALWAYS having to make excuses for her?

That Bacon Lettuce & Cheese is a real slapper, almost like a haughty, imperious old woman. BLC- a little old woman. I am told by several who witnessed INSIDE a courtroom, that a young prosecutor made some good points against BLC in a hearing or a trial, and BLC went over and slapped him. As deputies moved in to restrain BLC. Michael Mack intervened. Neither the judge nor the prosecutor EVER FILED charges, which I believe could have been felonies.
Perhaps the several decent judges on the LMJC Superior Court will now feel comfortable and emboldened to apply the law, FULLY, and to hold the little old slapper lady accountable for his actions.
Who is the guy who wrote such funny songs, like, “They call him the Streak”. We need someone to write such a song about BLC- “They call him the “Slapper”.

I hope the Judge dismisses me as a Defendant, as I have surgery, scheduled since May, for August 5, after another surgery schedule in July. Neither

Besides, dismissing me as Defendant is what the Federal Code requires, not to mention that it will save the tax payers a lot of money and the courts lots of time. Then, I hope they will allow yours to go on so that you can collect the big pay day you are hoping for.

That type of behavior is unbecoming for anyone but even more so with elected officials. It seems there are a plethora of officials lately who have developed clay feet.

I have spent the better part of this afternoon trying to track that down. I started with the Chattooga County SO, then surrounding counties. I finally tracked down his personal cell phone and left a message.
Then, I called Truck Town, and asked where he was. They told me he had been on vacation down in Florida all week long, and would be back on Monday. So, I even checked the federal PACER website for Florida’s Northern, Southern and Middle districts, in case there was something. Same for Georgia. NADA-NOTHING-Zip-ZERO.
HOWEVER, I will warn folks about something.
A certain lawyer in town started a rumor last weekend that the Princess Judge had been arrested for the murder of her husband. I spent the weekend trying to track that down, and calling in sources, but I kept telling my husband that I did not “feel it in my bones”. By Monday evening, I had learned that the genesis of that rumor had been the same attorney who has started many similar rumors over the last few years, and is constantly spreading lies built on half truths about the current Sheriff.
So, I am warning people that they need to be VERY careful just believing anything they hear right now. If they do not see it in confirmed, they need not to get their panties in a wad, so to speak. And remember, in life, things are not always what they appear to be.
The rumor today was possibly the same situation.
However, having said that, I would not be surprised at all to learn about arrests very soon, and certainly involving the subject of both of this last week’s rumors.
Heat and alcohol do funny things to people. Some start rumors, some sell drugs, some get arrested and start squealing like pigs. And perhaps that attorney is helping LE, keeping people off balance while things get “set in place”.

I still find it humorous that his name is shouted by some for the next mayor and then when it is rumored he has been arrested, several start asking if it was for drugs. Like it wouldn’t be a surprise if the new mayor just happened to be a drug dealer on the side. Only in CC. Amazing!

But the coups de gras was the several attacks and threats against my life and the lives of LE in February, with the Death Threat by the Princess over the cell phone belonging to one of the Cartel Attorneys – OMG.
There was dancing in the street, so to speak, of many LE entities, state, local and federal.
And what is even sweeter, is that more than half of the folks she threatened and who wrote Witness Statements, I have never even met or heard of until her little moonshine.

Now, the Big Boys have traced MOST of the I.P. addresses for many of you and your fellow posters to a just a few locations. That includes when ya’ll post here on this site, and on the other websites. Of special note is how when we are on the right track, you all always resort to the sexual threat – and you and your cronies are to unaware of your own patterns to recognize it.
Right now, you and the others are insinuating that several GBI agents and I are “Involved”. I only know one of the ones listed in all of this investigation, and have only see him a few times over the years at the Federal Building.
Every time someone calls to let me know one of ya’ll have posted about a GBI agent and myself being “Involved” I call my husband or tell him.
Last night, as we prepared dinner, we were laughing about it, compared to the evidence we know is on the table and fixing to be exposed re the Princess, BLC, and that attorney..actually all of them:

2. Next, BLC implied, to my face, that I was having an inappropriate relationship with the young man who accompanied me to the December 14, 2007 Galloway v Jones deposition in which BLC called me “Miss Nipples”, “GD Bitch” and “Fool”. That young man happened to be my adult son, who knows the truth of the judge sending him to live with his father, a wealthy Savannah attorney, and a former mainlining cocaine addict, and diagnosed sociopath. That man, BTW, has made tremendous strides in getting and STAYING clean, and is an asset in many ways to his community, now. We remain friendly.
3. In GBI Director Vernon Keenan’s letter to the JQC, Judge Kris Cook Connelly-Graham accused Chattooga County Drug Task Force Commander Mike Howard of having an affair with an informant.
4. Now, some moron on another website implies that GBI Special Agent Del Thomasson and I are “Involved” then
5. That SEVERAL GBI agenst and I are “Involved”.
My hubby told me that when I could step up my game to be accused of having an affair with someone with money and/or power, like the head of the FBI, CIA, NSA, our some world leader, to let him know. He then added that if at any stage of the game the rumors include a lesbian match-up with an attractive female, he promises to take more interest, regardless of how low on the rung she is.

Of course, like I already pointed out, what we all have realized is that when ya’ll are really scare, like when I was highlighting the gross problems with the Crime Scene at the Connelly home, or now when she is caught dead to rights on tape breaking the law and violating ethical standards for judges, the Cook Clan’n’Cartel/ CCE resort to sexual accusations.

Point one: Teresa doesn’t know the ENTIRE story. There’s a whole lot more there. Bacon Lettuce and Cheese had more children than just her majesty. I bet they ALL know about this webpage and troll here regularly. She should look into that. She might land a gold mine. It’s a loyal clan, and they all stick together.
Point two: She should really not do any kind of speculation on this website without any hard proof. That will just get her sued again. She doesn’t need that. Even the “Fairy Tales” could maybe get her in trouble. Be careful, Teresa. The last thing you need are more Trojan horses. Careful of Greeks bearing gifts.
Point three: Laura’s post from another thread holds a ‘lil water. If Teresa’s posters and Teresa herself wants any level of credibility, they’ve got to learn to speak a de engleash…I ain’t trying to insult anyone here..but the system grants more credibility to folks who seem educated. If you really want to fight the good fight, grab some online grammar lessons.
Point four: Teresa, check the Atlanta and Savannah areas. There is info there as far as Cartel connections go. Atlanta’s a big city, don’t get overwhelmed..
Point five: Make sure that Teresa surrounds herself with people that are not considered conspiracy theorists. Just get the facts.
