LET’S PLAY MAKE BELIEVE

You all remember playing “Let’s pretend” when we were little. In our fanciful make believe worlds, ANYTHING was possible, and we could be super heroes or mommies, cowboys or cops and robbers and fairy princesses.
Reality was whatever we spoke out loud, like “Let’s pretend all of us girls are fairy princess and the boys over all ogres, and we’re gonna sprinkle magic fairy dust on them and turn them into princes”.
Anything we spoke out loud became so…it became reality. Even when bad things happened, or our feelings got hurt and we skinned our knees, we could twist the reality with “Let’s pretend” and alter reality in our make believe world. A skinned knee from being knocked down by a bully could be an “almost” mortal wound sustained while fighting a dragon. When we threw tantrums in front to our friends, acted selfishly or said mean things, we could change the reality of our action, at least in “Let’s Pretend-ville”, and rationalize to ourselves and our friends that we had been under a spell by a powerful sorcerer or witch.
Just speaking it out loud made it so.
It appears there are some adults, (I use that term loosely), who are frantically trying to play “Let’s pretend” since last Thursday and Friday when I posted my two stories about my website being hacked, and the old RomeNewsWire website being used unwittingly as the original conduit for the hacking. Since posting those articles, a couple of former RNW folks have been very busy screaming loudly and screaming often about how innocent they are.But while they have been screaming, witnesses to hacking crimes and statements made about hacking crimes, have been coming forward, contacting the FBI and traveling to be interviewed.
So, I thought I would join the playground with these two, and play “Let’s pretend” for awhile with them and their little friends. Because, apparently “saying so” on other websites makes them feel better, and we certainly want them to feel better, so they leave their guard down awhile longer, until all the t’s are crossed and all the i’s dotted.
Let’s wave our magic Let’s Pretend Wand, and 1-2-3:
1.Let’s pretend that when I called the emergency number for the FBI last Thursday evening, after discovering that the backdoor to my functioning and current website admin page, e-mail account and other personal web pages with personal information were out on the internet, that nobody cared, even when I mentioned I suspected Seer Sucker Bobby was behind it.
2. Let’s pretend that when I filed my second IC3 report in the last 15 months, that no one in the FBI knew anything about what was going on, and that they knew nothing about Seer Sucker Bobby and his posse’s Continuing Criminal Enterprise (CCE), nor anything about their multiple RICO (Racketeering Influence Corrupt Organizations ) conspiracies against myself and countless other victims across many states.
3. Let’s pretend that when I talked to Dawn Treglown during the middle of the night, she never mentioned the name of David Hall to me, and the fact that he had been Jerry Duke’s IT person when Jerry Duke owned RomeNewsWire, and the fact that he was from Summerville. (It’s Cloudland, actually).
4. Let’s pretend that when federal agents called me on Friday morning that no one was already familiar with Cloudland’s Billy Goat Trail hacker. (BTW – who was the Sex Offender living at that address for awhile?).
5. Let’s pretend that no one was aware of certain government and quasi government sites being hacked, long ago, and let’s pretend the FBI and other entities have NOT been watching.
6. Let’s pretend that after Seer Sucker Bobby convinced TenPearls.com and 1and1.com to take me down, and I filed my first IC3 FBI report in March of 2008, that TenPearls.com and 1and1.comDIDN’T start cooperating with several federal entities.
7. Let’s pretend that when Seer Sucker Bobby sent emissaries to bribe my webhost in Panama to take me down, that not only did the Americans there NOT blow Seer Sucker Bobby off, that they didNOT contact the USDOJ.
8. Let’s pretend that the FBI and CIA DID NOT make a connection between the web posters to my website, especially one calling himself ‘the Shadow” to a hacker who was a “Shadow Crew” wanna be. (Shadow Crew is a group of loosely confederated hackers who have infiltrated corporations and government websites, many of whom have been identified and brought to justice by the FBI Cybercrime Unit and the Secret Service, with other federal entities assisting).
9. Let’s pretend that the FBI did NOT already know I was being hacked, and had been watching for over a year - every time, every single time, my space was intruded upon.
10. Let’s pretend that Title 18, Chapter 119 of the Federal Criminal Code, does NOT make any and every intrusion into a private computer or website or a corporate computer or website a FEDERAL CRIME under any and all circumstances, except when allowed to do so through warrant in criminal and national security investigations. (Exceptions are public computers such as are found at internet cafes and libraries and such, where the expectation of privacy is not reasonable).
11. Let’s pretend that ANY and ALL losses of revenue, actual or anticipated, to a corporation or individual as the result of “cyber intrusion” is NOT a federal crime. Let’s further pretend that any and all EXPENSES used to correct and rebuild after cyber intrusion areNOT included in the consideration at sentencing of the intruder.
12. Let’s pretend that I was NOT selling copies of my on-line book every month, long after my advertisers were all scared away, until my website was hacked into, taken down and the secure website link lost. So, let’s also pretend thatNO book sales revenues were interrupted because of all this hacking.
13. Let’s pretend that disrupting potential and anticipated revenues through cyber intrusion is NOT a federal crime, and that Seer Sucker Bobby’s conspiracy to have me removed from the world wide web, and his related threats to/intimidation of - my current (at the time), and anticipated advertisers and webhosts, was NOT a crime and had no impact on future and anticipated revenues.
14. Let’s pretend the intellectual property rights in the form of the content of my online books were NOT totally wiped out, constituting THEFT of intellectual property, through cyber-intrusion. AND, let’s pretend that NO ONE who purchased those on line books with their Mastercards, Visa and AmEX cards had any of their private information peeked at. Let’s pretend that None of this hacking Private Credit Card info is a cybercrime.
15. Let’s pretend that there is NOT added weight to sentencing for criminal cyber intrusion in federal cases, when communications between members of law enforcement and anyone else, from the protected USDOJ, .gov e-mails are peeked at and intruded upon. While we are at it, Let’s pretend No one from any federal law enforcement entity or state law enforcement entity has ever communicated with me through their .gov e-mails, nor I to them.
16.Let’s pretend that using a computer to commit cyber intrusion to violate the First Amendment Civil Right to Free Speech and Freedom of the Press IS NOT A CRIME.
17. Let’s pretend that cyber intrusion, intruding, (hacking) into a corporate website and seeing poster’s identities, and e-mail addresses and I.P. addresses IS NOT defined by Title 18, Chapter 119 as internet theft of TRADE SECRETS. (FYI - That same title allows me to reveal those names, e-mail addresses and I.P. addresses, but we are pretending so that is not really relative).
Boy of boy, Let’s just pretend NONE of Title 18, Chapter 119 exists. And while we are at it, let’s play make believe a little while longer.
18. Let’s pretend that civil rights violations are not important to the FBI, and let’s pretend that the FBI NEVER goes after law enforcement officials who violate someone’s civil rights. Let’s expand that and pretend that none of the countless Federal Prosecutions and convictions in the Northern District of Georgia, including the current Breaking News Story from May 17, 2010, have never really happened.
19. Let’s pretend that Seer Sucker Bobby’s daughter was not publicly reprimanded for violating her oath of office as a judge, and that there are not serious criminal consequences yet to come.
20. Let’s pretend that Carlton Vines and Albert Palmour NEVER committed election fraud.
21. Let’s pretend Seer Sucker Bobby and Sexy Rexy have not approached MULTIPLE hackers through the last decade, to hire them to hack into whoever’s website they needed information from, for use in pending litigation or for blackmail/extortion/influence purposes.
23. Let’s pretend NONE of the witnesses to these crimes, including former hackers, have come forward to work deals for themselves about what has been going on for years.
I think Make Believe has been going on long enough in this article. As an adult, I can only play make believe for so long, without getting bored.
I hope Billy Goat Trail Boy decides to grow up and stop playing “Make Believe” and “Let’s Pretend”, too. I hope Paint Boy high tails it to Dalton to spill his guts about anything he might know, and to make a deal, IF that is necessary, while he still can.
Because Lucy got some ‘splianing to do, and Billy Goat Trail boy is in a whole heap of trouble, regardless of what Seer Sucker Bobby and Sexy Rexy have promised or tried to convince him is justified…and regardless of how many times he tries to insist,on other websites, that he has not EVER hacked, and regardless of how many times he diminishes and pooh-poohs the reality of the long term, several years in the process now, RICO investigation.

I’m guessing they have already been contacted with some very unsettling facts concerning this little glitch in websites? What a conundrum.

I was talking to another “Me” this morning, and we had both noticed that in the almost 24 hours since I posted the story, no response from that someone I hope is doing the right thing.
BTW, in all of the events of the last week, I have neglected to say that it has been revealed to me who several posters are, and let me just say, MIB is not, WIC, Crazy Mary Public Peach, ( we knew that) and several others of who I ASSumed he was.
Let us just say that in all that has had to come out since Thursday night, I did learn who most of the folks are, and so a mutual friend of us ours set a meeting last evening, and we had a VERY good meeting. The first thing I told MIB was, “I have been so wrong about who I thought you were”.
Now, he did man up an admit he posted things on FEBRUARY 27-28 which he should not have, because we REALLY do not see eye to eye on some things. He admitted that he was a couple of other UserNames on various websites that he had forgotten he told me he was.
Coolhead64, he assured me he knows you, and that he is not you, and for that I am sorry. I stand by everything else about the Article content.
But, when I learned last week who WIC was, who Crazy Mary was and a few others, I must say, I was very sad. Some folks have taken distorted information from 15 years ago, from a young woman/friend of the family who lives up in Summerville, and have attacked me and my Daughter and grandchild for this young woman’s second hand stories and 15 year old memory.
My daughter has been told, as well, and is sorely disappointed in one she considered a friend, and who was even in her wedding so long ago. We know this friend would never post the horrible things about me or my daughter that have been posted, but some in her circle have, and I want her to KNOW WITHOUT A DOUBT that our family knows SHE is NOT RESPONSIBLE….when the dust settles, she will understand, and she can rest assured we love her.
Which leads me to admit that I have been used by a hacker who is very good, (but not up to snuff as far as the “Shadow Crew” standards, and probably could never be). I ASSumed that another poster was one of MIB’s daughters, who is a trained health care professional. Because the attack from “Thank God” came so quickly on the heels of MIB’s/Blue Eye’s Break with me, and my not knowing that I was being hacked and that me private e-mail conversations had been intruded upon, I ASSumed.
The Billy Goat Kid and his Puppet Masters sure know how to exploit one’s weaknesses, and they took every advantage of MIB’s and my anger, and fanned the flames. Thank God others have been observing the hacking, and knew exactly what was going on.
BUT, MIB and I are good. He did post some things on here and on other sites which he perhaps should not have, about myself here, and about others on other websites, but he is strongly defensive about Certain subjects, and we all know what and why. And, MIB said things to certain individuals which were not true/and or things which were true but private about my husband’s plans to take a job out of the country, and which could have jeopardized my husband’s safety.
He says that what he said to a close friend of mine about my having tried to seduce him was a comment made in jest to someone who took it out of context.
BUT MIB IS NOT PP, WIC, Crazy Mary, and all the loons who cannot seem to follow a logical thread and come up with a cogent and rational deduction.
IN fact, we both took note of and took some…delight is to strong a word….comfort perhaps… in the fact that they crossed so many lines until even some who watch all of this stuff from the sidelines, stepped in with proof, because they need MIB and I working together. We both are getting to watch WIC and Crazy Mary get so out of control that it should make for some interesting testimony in CRIMINAL Court one day, just to fill in the gaps about loyalties and agendas.
Man in Black/Blue Eyes and I are good, and I look forward to his returning to my website when he is ready.

I think MIB is a vindictive cheat but that’s my opinion and you know I have a very unforgiving nature. I’ll work on that. He burns hot one minute and chills the next. Too complicated. I wouldn’t feel safe turning my back on him. Might bury a knife in it.

Your True Colors, which I and many of my supporters, both those that post and those who do not have suspected all along - ARE SHOWING!
But you are wrong my dear. Major RICO cases take about 4 years to put together in a tedious and exhaustive step by step by excruciating step process.
The more elements to a RICO, (i.e. illegal drug trade, prostitution, gambling, extortion -bribery-influence peddling-intimidation, murder, computer and website hacking, illegal wire tapping, obstruction of justice, civil rights violations, interstate commerce violations…and so much more), take more time. Every layer must be proved, documented, surveilled, via hidden cameras and wire tapping, to prove even more aspects, etc.
In fact, if the Princess had not have let loose with her attacks of PAC’s Ga’s Special Prosecutors on September 5, 2008, the Halloween and/or Thanksgiving DEADLINE I had been promised, and which I in turn promised to my readers, would have been SPECTACULAR.
But the Princess extended the scope of the RICO case with that September 5, 2010 attack and then again her attacks on/threats of local, state and federal LEO’s and agents, through a week’s long maniacal bent, during which she also placed a phone call on Jon Dennis’ cell phone, calling me vulgar names and threatening to kill me. When I filed my reports with the RPD and Feds, and the subpoenas for cell phone records went out, I did not EVEN know yet about the attacks before and after the Death Threat Phone call, or that in her attacks on LE, she threatened me yet again.
Then the intimidation of my webhosts and the hacking into my website and e-mail communications between myself and local LE, GBI and FBI about various and sundry things, including cases I took to them, which are current and on-going, well, even one as clueless as yourself should get the drift.
So, The RICO case expanded exponentially after September 5, 2008, and I and all of the cartel’s victims have had to wait a little while longer…but the final outcome will be sweet and very worth the wait.
Your vindictiveness is showing as well, and I suspect that you and your cadre have also been notified of the newest round against Carlton Vines et al, for the 2006 Election Fraud charges…you posted at 5:50 on the day everyone got their GA SOS Election Board notices in the mail. You guys are so transparent.
This time, AG Thurbert Baker is involved, and the plans will be laid out at the next Georgia Secretary of State meeting on June 9, 2010. Expect an announcement about per count Civil Fines of $5,000.00 each, which will total over $100,000.00 to Carlton Vines, and perhaps AlPal as well?
And sticking your finger in the dyke ain’t gonna help this time. You know, just FYI, you really do not have to read this website, if you do not want to. babbate I was at the gym, I did notice a black guy where the lockers
were in the bathroom. So when I went to get my pants, the combination
lock would not work. After trying serveral times I got to noticing this
was not my lock, I had a masters and the lock on the locker was a
brinks. On Monday they would not let me review the tapes but I
did make them get bolt cutters. My pants were in there and the
deputy sheriff there told me nobody in CC would switch locks
on me and told me why don’t you quit going to the gym.
A couple of weeks before that, this guy was sitting next to
my clothes so I checked my wallet and saw the money, so
I decided he was not going to steal and went to the bathroom.
When I came out he was leaving and I didn’t check
my money until I got to the grocery store. Oh well.
The people that run the place, were mad at me for making
them open the locker go figure but by switching the locks
I’m thinking that was what was going to make me look bad
because nobody switches locks in CC.

Back a year or so ago, I was contacted by some folks about a gym there, and what the suspected were Illegal Steroids Use and Sales. One of the individual talking also detailed his knowledge about a standing appt. BLC and a woman in her mid forties had at some apartments there near the Park in downtown Summerville. I am not sure how that related to the steroid use alleged, but, never the less, that was part of the story. According to this individual, Michael Mack would pull up, BLC would get out and go into the apartment, and come out about an hour later.
I am guessing they played chess or something…
But like so many from up your way, they were afraid of making contact with LE, and did not want to sign affidavits about what they had noticed regarding what they suspected to be a steroid ring, so I merely passed the undocumented tips along.
I will NOT do a story on what some yellow-bellied citizen wants me to broadcast to the world. If they are neither courageous enough to allow me to set up a meeting with LE, or to contact LE themselves, and refuse to sign an affidavit, they are worthless in my opinion as far as a source or a citizen.
Cowardice and/or Greed are the reasons Chattooga County and the whole of the LMJC is in the trouble it is in.
HOWEVER, I have met so many ARE willing to take a stand, to one degree or another, and it is the statements to State and Federal LE, and testimony and affidavits, which have allowed the ON-Going Criminal Case to be pieced together, bit by bit. The decent folks of the LMJC will owe a lot to the people who have stood up against this organized crime, suffered the consequences, AND THEN STILL CONTINUED to stand firm.

I am not sure. I was told she was an attractive brunette. Perhaps that is the connection to why I was also told about the regular visits, but I am not at all sure.
To me, if someone is NOT going to talk to LE and are NOT willing to sign an affidavit, or provide some kind of proof, (photo, video, public documents, etc), then it is just gossip. HOWEVER, there was a Steroid Ring busted in this last month, centered in Gordon County, but several Rome citizens were caught up in it. It was in last week’s RN-Tribune. Perhaps the GBI needs to be looking up at Chattooga County.

Take care John. It’s not like fires, suicides and little accidents don’t happen often enough in your neck of the woods to keep you cautious and attentive to details. Whether it’s druggies, thieves or just your run of the mill lackeys casing your place, it is always a good idea to have someone watching out for your interests when you can’t be home.

So, Buddy Hill was sworn in today as State Court Solicitor, and the Ga SOS 2006 Election Fraud Continuing Saga will be covered at the June 9, 2010 Election Board Meeting. So, I am guessing something else BIG might be coming if the White Trash on Topix are escalating their attacks, since June 9th is still a TWO FULL weeks ahead.

This denial of service attack required the University of Akron to employ diagnostic and remedial measures to restore computer service causing losses in excess of $10,000. Frost will be sentenced on August 5, 2010, by U.S. District Judge Lesley Wells. I KNOW MIB’s isuue is security. He repeated lots about what the Egghead Solutions folks told him, after working on his computer, finding hacking, then his getting it back, and it being hacked ANEW, leading back to a particular gossip forum.
I do not communicate with RGS…………but I did notice AND appreciate your multiple question marks - LOL!
I hope there are no death threats or threats of violence of any kind coming from anyone on the various websites. Let me know if there are dangerous threats. Threats to expose some dark secret are just hot air, gas - like farts, at least with regards to “Exposing” some deep dark secret about me. Heinously Smelly, at first, but quickly dissipating into the atmospherre.
There is NOTHING to expose. Some have tried making up extremely libelous crap before, like affairs with GBI agents and me, or my home being foreclosed on and going up for auction, or my impendng bankruptcy, and of course the latest - my having been a patient at Winwood…so, I have to say I would not be surprised at what they think they can fabricate and post next, in an attempt to threaten and intimidate me and stifle free speech.
You would think they would have learned by now. I believe it was Einstein who said that to continue repeating the same action, EXPECTING a different outcome, is INSANITY…enough said.
But I have not been on the sites in several weeks now, INCLUDING the one where the hacker lives in the ethernet.

PS - Branch Connelly’s “Suicide” note was an e-mail to the law firm. I am sure with any mediocre hacker, that could have been accomplished easily enough…
